Michael and his team are outstanding. They repaired and repainted our kitchen ceiling after it was damaged by water, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.
What impressed me most was how much they genuinely cared about their clients. Michael and his team were professional, friendly, and respectful throughout the project. They completed the job on time and paid great attention to detail.
They took extra care to protect our home by covering everything neatly to prevent dust and mess. Once the work was finished, they cleaned up thoroughly, leaving the area spotless.
The quality of their workmanship was exceptional, but what really sets them apart is their customer service. A week after the job was completed, Martin, the project supervisor, personally called to check on the completed work and offered to come back immediately if there were any concerns. I have rarely come across a team that cares so much about its customers. I highly recommend Michael and his team to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and caring painters.

The folks from Personal Painters did a great job fixing our porch; putting wallpaper on the walls; and touching up a few things around the home. They did a great job; they were very neat while they were working; they did a good job of cleaning up; and they were lovely to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending them, and would happily have them back to do more work.

We recently engaged Personal Painters to repaint the common areas of our high-rise residential apartment complex and were extremely impressed with the results.
The team was professional, reliable and delivered a high-quality finish while working efficiently around residents. Communication was excellent throughout, and the completed works have significantly improved the presentation of the building.
Highly recommended for any strata or commercial painting project.

I was recommended 'Personal Painters' by a health provider after they painted his Medical Facility and I was very impressed with their work.
My home is in a high cliff, coastal setting, subject to extreme exposure to sea spray, high wind, and hot summertime sunlight.
Kris was the assigned tradesman for the project and he is a friendly and a very professional painter. He uses paint to suit the environmental conditions.
The brick and timber home has been repainted three times in the 67 years since it was built, so it needed some patch work on some of the timber.
Kris pointed this out to me at various times during the project and did the repair before applying the new paint, (previous painters just covered up the flaws with paint).
On some of the external areas, an extra coat was required to give a professional finish and Kris did this using his expert judgement.
Inside, some ceilings had water stains from previous storms and Kris applied a waterproofing coat before the undercoat and topcoat were applied. At the end of each phase he cleaned-up, and with a complete vacuum of the internal area leaving the project site spotless.
I highly recommend 'Personal Painters' as they have been the best tradespeople that I have engaged to work on my home, and I have sent my neighbours their details, incase they need professional paint jobs.

Michael and his team were brilliant start to finish. From quote to completion, including site visits, paint colour consultations and the work itself, the whole process was completed in under a month. The paint job itself was completed two days quicker than we expected too. We are so happy with the end result-our apartment looks good as new. They even managed to salvage some very old and damaged doors for us saving us a lot of money elsewhere. Would highly recommend!

Very happy with the work Michael and his team at Personal Painters did painting the exterior of our house and walkways, and staining our deck at our Pretty Beach weekender.
The job was completed quickly and very professionally. The colours work beautifully together and look great as you come down the walkway. The painting has really refreshed the house exterior and walkways, and with the deck now freshly stained, it’s a pleasure to sit out and enjoy the space.

I have never provided an online review for a service provider. However, due to the exceptional quality, timeliness, organisation and professionalism services that I have received, I am compelled to write a review and recommend Personal Painters Pty Ltd to anyone seeking seamless and perfect services.
Also I was particularly impressed by the thorough cleaning they performed after completing the work, which left the property looking as if no work had been done for two weeks. The result was excellent, with a complex repair and painting completed to a high standard. The staff were also exceptional, each individual being a true gentleman to communicate with and all displaying patience and a warm smile. THANK YOU.

As a foreman in a building company, I’ve worked with many painting teams over the years, and Michael and the team at Personal Painters are easily one of the best we’ve partnered with.
We use them across all of our projects because they consistently deliver high-end finishes, exceptional attention to detail, and workmanship that meets the standards of premium builds. What really sets them apart, though, is their communication — clear, proactive, and reliable from start to finish, which makes site coordination smooth and stress-free.

I cannot recommend Personal Painters highly enough.
I contacted Michael and the following day at 7.00 am he was at my factory to listen to what I wanted and quote on the job.
It was a large undertaking which I required done ASAP. To accommodate this Michael and his team actually worked over the Easter Holidays at no additional cost, giving me an immaculate, fantastic looking factory/warehouse/office areas to put on the market just over a week after commencing.
The Real Estate agents have all praised the quality of painting and the industrial "Luxa" floor, assuring me it and the painting has added tremendously to the value of the property and a very successful sale to come.
Michael's eye to detail and quick response to any queries that arose during the work made what could have been a nightmare into a stress free exercise.
